The staff at this place is cooperative and responsible, treating guests like family. Receptionist guided me throughout my stay, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Immediate response to issues like broken shower and non-functional WiFi was impressive. Clean rooms and a satisfactory breakfast add value for money. Recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, making it easy to explore all the popular attractions in the area. it is close to the Sultan Ahmet area, providing easy access to historical sites. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Some of the reception staff have poor English language skills, which can make communication difficult for international travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to the tram and within walking distance of all the main attractions in this city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation, including being close to Ataturk Airport. The staff was very nice - they were friendly, helpful, and treated us like family. The breakfast provided was delicious and was so nice.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the city center. It is within walking distance to popular tourist sites such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Museum, and the Blue Mosque. The hotel staff is also very helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms offer a nice view of Gülhane Park and are equipped with comfortable double beds or two separate beds. Additionally, the breakfast area provides a beautiful view of Gülhane Park, creating a pleasant dining experience.
